Hello, today we will see another Greek mixture. We can eat it as a salad or appetizer! It's very tasty and very health. Let's see..
Materials
1 slice of bread
3 green pepper
5 tiny tomatoes, cut on 2
1 eggplant cut on tiny pieces
oregano
olive oil
salt
pepper
In Practice
First of all, we cut the slice of bread, in small cubes. We put them on a bowl and we throw olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper.
We take a pan and put it in on fire (without olive oil inside). When will be ready, we throw the bread and we let it roast, until take colour. Then, we let it on a plate.
We take the green peppers and we cut them in 2 sides. On the same pan, we add olive oil and when it's rady, we throw the green peppers.
We leave them until take colour and from above we add the eggplant. After 2-3' we add and the tomatoes and we let them for 3' more. We take it from fire and we place it in a big bowl. Above we add the bread and our salad is ready!
