Fried Shrimps in Beer's porridge

Below, I give you a very tasty recipe with shrimp, as an appetizer or as main course. We can accompany them perfectly with fried potatoes or with rice. Let's see..

Materials
1/2 kg shrimp cleaned frozen
200-300gr flour
salt
pepper
1/2 tbsp thyme
1/2 of one water glass, beer (can take a little more)
olive oil
potatoes
1 lemon

In Practise
Wash the shrimp well and clean it if it is not cleaned. In a small bowl, we put the flour with salt, pepper and thyme and mix well. We slowly pour the beer until it becomes a
porridge.

We pour in the shrimps and leave them 5 '. Then with a fork, we put them on a plate, to leave most of the mixture, otherwise they will not be roasted evenly. In a pan, we add a little olive oil to burn and pour in the shrimps. We cook them on both sides for about 3-4 'and take them on absorbent paper.

After we have cleaned our potatoes, cut them on large washers and we put them in the same oil to fry (if the shrimp has absorbed the most oil we have, then we can add a bit more, for the potatoes). We serve them together, and on shrimps we put lemon slices.

Good Appetite !!!
