Materials
3 Green horn peppers
2 tomatoes
salt
pepper
100gr Feta cheese
oregano
In practice
We Cut the stalk of the peppers and we carve them lengthwise. On a small pan, we put olive oil to warm up well and when it is ready, we put the peppers and we left them at low temperature to get color. When it's ready, we put the tomatoes and we left it for 2-3'.
We turn off the kitchen stove and we take one plate. We put Feta first, and then we put the peppers and the tomatoes. It would be more tasty, if we drop the oil in which we fried them.
