Macaroni with Chicken and White Sauce

This recipe is one of my favourite. It mixed macarons with chicken and white sauce, a delicious combine which will leave you with a perfect taste! Lets see..

Materials
600ml milk
1kg corn flour
1 tbsp butter
2 egg yolks
1/2kg chicken, cut into bits
1 tbsp parsley
salt
pepper
1/4 kg nutmeg
1 pack of macaroni of your choice
A little butter for frying

In practice

 First of all we wash the chicken very well and we put it in a pot of water to boil for 10 '(the cooking time depends on how small our pieces are). We turn off the eye and drain the chicken well. In a pan, pour a little butter and we wait to burn. Then we put the pieces and let them take some color on a high fire. Once they are done, we put them on a plate and make the sauce. From the 600ml milk, we keep 1/2 cup and we pour the rest into the saucepan. We open the eye to warm up (caution, do not boil yet). In the cup of milk we kept, throw the corn flour. Once the milk in the saucepan is warm, pour 1 tbsp of butter and the milk with the corn flour and leave to boil. We lower the eye and stir continuously until it curdle. When it's ready, we pull it out of the fire. We put the egg yolks in a small bowl and beat them well. With a ladle, we take milk from the saucepan and pour it into the bowl, continuing to strike. Then, we add the mixture again to the saucepan and stir well. We open the eye to warm up, but not to boil. We remove it from the heat and pour the salt, pepper, nutmeg, lemon and chicken and mix. Then boil the macaroni according to their instructions and serve them together.
