Rolled Eggplants


Hello, today I will show you how to make this delicius appetizer with only 3 basic materials, eggplant, tomatoe anf Feta cheese. If you had came to Greece, you will had notised that we love Feta cheese. We use it on salades, on foods, on breakfast, dinners and everyware!! So with this recipe, your house can take a smell of Greece! Lets see..

Materials
1 eggplant
1 middle tomato
100 gr Feta cheese
salt
pepper
oregano

In Practice
We cut the eggplant in slices and we dry them very well. On a pan, we put some olive oil to heat and we throw the eggplants until they take colour. We leave them for 4-5' and we take them out on a plate. We take one by one the eggplants slices and we put above, one slice tomatoe and one slice Feta. We wrap them and catch the edges with one toothpick. We make the same with all the slices. Above them, we throw Gouda cheese and it's ready to serve them.
