Risotto with Mushrooms, Milk Cream and Spinach

This rizotto, is a very easy and quick dish that we can cook when we don't have a lot of time but we want to make something seems delicius. Lets see...

Materials
1 cup rice Karolina
1 milk cream
1 tomatoe
1/2 canned mushroom
2
tsp spinach
1 cube of vegetables dissolved in 600 ml of water
olive oil
salt
pepper
1
tsp butter

In Practice
In a small saucepan, we put the water with cube to warm it up until it melts. When it's ready, we pull it out of the fire.


In a large pan with a thick bottom, we put the olive oil to be warm. We wash the rice 1-2 times and once our olive oil burns, pour it in and mix it three times. Then, we add the mushrooms and turn the heat lower.

After we leave them for 1 ', we add the tomato, mix it all over and add the cream and spinach on top. We raise the heat to medium to strong and slowly pour with a tablespoon, the melted broth in the pan. We first put 2 tablespoons and leave it. Once we see that it is getting stuck (in 2 minutes), we put another one and we do tha same again and again. This takes about 20 '(according to the time Karolina wants to be cooked).

Try the rice, and if it's ready, we're pulling it out of the fire. We add salt, pepper and butter and mix thoroughly. It's ready to serve it.
