A
very easy and quick recipe for chocolate cake that brings a lot of
chocolate pie, because it is not very solid! Very sweet, that perfectly
can be accompanied by an ice cream ball! Let's see..

Materials
1 cup flour for all uses
1/4 of the Bakin Powder bag
1 cup milk + 4 tsp
1 vanilla
1 egg
5 tsp cocoa
1/2 cups + 1 tsp of cooked sugar
2 tsp of butter
2 tsp of betel
In Practise
On a medium pot, we add 1 cup of sugar with 2 tablespoons butter and we mixed together with a mixer. After, we throw the vanilla and the egg and we mix again very well, because if we didn't, our cake will smell as an egg. We take the 1 cup milk with one cup flour with bakin powder and we throw them alternately, until ends. Now, lets make the chocolate. We take a coffee pot and we throw 4 tablespoons of milk with 5 tablespoons cocoa and 1 tablespoon of sugar. We heat it well, until to melt. Then we mix it in the pot we have ready. We take a Bread form, we drool it with butter and sprinkle with cocoa.
We throw the mixture in, and we put it in the oven at 180 for 35-40'. When time passes, we'll pull it out of the oven and we'll puncture it with a toothpick. If it doesn't stick a lot on top of it, then it's ready. Otherwise, we put it back in the oven and see it a little later. Now lets see how we'll get it out of shape, because it's not very solid (of course, it's my own, suggested way).
Once it's gone, we'll let it cool for 15' and with a knife we'll cut it in half (so it will not dissolve completely when it's out). Above the form, we will put a towel and keep it well stuck up and we will overturn it. Take the mold and place the platter on top upside down. We keep the towel again and turn it from its normal side. Our cake has been successfully placed on the platter. Sprinkle with a little betel and it's ready!
Good Appetite !!!
